Syidax Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-07 · Version 2026-10-r2
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Syidax websites, including syidax.web.app, the Syidax Core documentation site and the Syidax Chart & Grid documentation site, together with Syidax accounts, the license management portal, downloads and paid subscriptions (together, the "Service"). Please read them before you use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The documents that apply
- These Terms cover the websites, accounts, the license portal, purchases and subscriptions.
- The Syidax Software License ("License") governs how you may install, use, modify and distribute the Syidax libraries (Syidax Core, Chart and Grid), including the Free and Pro editions, designated developer seats and license certificates. If these Terms and the License conflict on the use of the software, the License prevails.
- The Syidax Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
- Your order, as shown on the checkout screen, records the products, seats, price, taxes and billing period you chose.
- Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction itself (section 5.2).
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy a subscription. Anyone may read the public documentation.
- If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. "You" then includes that organization.
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your Syidax account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it.
- Give accurate information, including organization names, billing email addresses and the people you designate for seats, and keep it up to date.
- A Pro subscription is for one designated developer and a Business subscription is for the number of seats purchased. Seats may not be shared. The License (section 6) governs designating and reassigning seats.
4. Free use
The documentation, examples and Community (Free) editions are available without charge. Under the License, the Free editions may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Business or client work requires the relevant Pro subscription, as described in the License.
5. Paid subscriptions
5.1 Plans and prices
Pro (one person) and Business (an organization, two or more seats) subscriptions are offered for Syidax Core, Chart and Grid and for the bundles shown on the pricing page. Each subscription is billed monthly or yearly. Prices are published on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude tax. The tax that applies where you live is added at checkout, and the checkout shows the total before you pay.
5.2 Creem is the seller of record
Orders are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia), which acts as reseller and merchant of record. You enter your email address and payment details directly on Creem's checkout. Creem charges your payment method, calculates and collects applicable taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax, issues receipts and invoices, and handles payment-related requests. Creem's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the payment. Your card statement shows Creem. We do not receive your card number or other payment credentials.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged the renewal price of your subscription until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout shows the total charge, taxes, billing period, renewal price and how to cancel. By completing checkout you expressly agree to automatic renewal.
5.4 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason:
- in the license portal, with Manage billing, which opens Creem's customer portal; or
- by emailing parrrudev@gmail.com from your account email address.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access and all Pro rights until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made. We never require a call or any other step to cancel.
5.5 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, no new period begins and the Pro rights end at the end of the current paid period, as the License (section 7) describes. Creem may retry the payment and notify you. Paying again later starts a new paid period.
5.6 Price changes
We may change prices for new purchases at any time. We do not raise the price of an existing subscription without telling you at least 30 days before the renewal at which the new price would apply and, where the law requires it, obtaining your consent. You can cancel before that renewal.
5.7 Organizations
When an organization buys a Business subscription, its administrator designates the seat holders and enters their email address, name and department. The organization confirms that it may share this information with us for license management and has told its seat holders how it is used, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
- Ordinary cancellation. Cancelling automatic renewal stops the next charge. The first and renewal payments are ordinarily non-refundable; cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund. You retain access until the end of the period already paid for. A monthly period runs between billing dates, not to the last day of the calendar month; an annual period runs to the end of the paid year. The exceptions below take priority.
- Statutory withdrawal. Korean consumers generally have 7 days from receipt of the contract information, or from the start of supply if later, to withdraw, subject to statutory extensions. We do not treat payment, download or a general acceptance of these Terms as a waiver. To rely on an exception for digital content whose supply has begun, the legally required clear notice and trial or equivalent preview must have been provided. Unless those requirements are met and can be demonstrated, the statutory withdrawal right remains. Separately deliverable parts whose supply has not begun remain subject to withdrawal.
- Early termination of continuing subscriptions. Where Korea's continuing-transaction consumer protections apply to a monthly or annual subscription, you may request termination during the paid period. We refund the unused portion of the actual subscription price, calculated by the remaining time in that period from receipt of the termination request, without an additional cancellation penalty or clawback of a term discount. This is different from switching off renewal while choosing to use the rest of the period. Mandatory rules that give you more protection prevail.
- Non-conforming or missing supply and incorrect charges. Statutory remedies for defects, non-delivery and a service that differs from its description or contract remain available. Under Korean law, non-conformity withdrawal is available within 3 months after supply and within 30 days after you knew or could have known of the issue. We correct duplicate, unauthorized and incorrect charges. Other mandatory consumer rights, including applicable overseas withdrawal periods, are preserved.
- How to request. Email parrrudev@gmail.com with the order reference and whether you want to stop renewal, withdraw the purchase or end the subscription early. Do not send card details. We acknowledge the request without undue delay and honor when it was made; a billing-portal visit or an additional overseas-transfer consent is not required to submit it. For payments through Creem, we request the refund through Creem, the merchant of record, to the original payment method. We do not refund those transactions outside Creem.
- Timing and access. For a lawful withdrawal of digital content or services under Korean e-commerce law, the refund is due within 3 business days from the withdrawal date, not from our approval date. For an eligible continuing-subscription termination, we process the unused-period refund within 3 business days of receiving the request. Mandatory deadlines and any required delay compensation prevail. Rights for the withdrawn or refunded portion end when the withdrawal or termination takes effect; ordinary renewal cancellation retains the entire paid period.
- Earlier purchases and Creem terms. This version is presented for new contracts before purchase. A purchase made under earlier terms keeps its more favorable agreed rights, including the first-payment 14-day full refund if that was promised. Changes to existing contracts follow section 17. Creem's applicable Buyer Terms also govern its transactions; this policy does not remove rights under those terms or mandatory law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
- disrupt or overload the Service, including by automated requests beyond normal reading of the documentation;
- forge, alter or share license certificates, or remove, bypass or disable license checks, except as far as applicable law expressly allows;
- share an account or a seat, or resell access to the Service;
- upload malicious code, or use the Service to send spam;
- enter personal data about other people (for example seat holders) without a lawful basis;
- use the Service in breach of export-control or sanctions laws.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, the websites, the documentation, the Syidax libraries and the Syidax name and logos belong to parrru or its licensors. You receive only the rights expressly granted in these Terms and in the License. Code examples in the documentation may be used in your applications on the same terms as the edition of the library they use. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.
9. Your information
You keep your rights in the information you submit, such as organization names and the web domains you register for license certificates. You allow us to use it to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Third-party services
Sign-in uses Google and payments use Creem. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
11. Changes to the Service
We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the free Service at any time. If we remove a material feature of a paid subscription during a period you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance and, where appropriate, refund the unused part of that period.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, cancel any active subscriptions and email us; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep.
- If you materially breach these Terms or the License, we will tell you in writing and give you 30 days to remedy the breach where it can be remedied. If it is not remedied, we may suspend or end your account or the affected license.
- We may act immediately, to the extent necessary, in cases of fraud, forged certificates, unlawful distribution, security threats or abusive chargebacks.
- If we end a paid subscription for no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the paid period.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no availability or response-time service level applies unless agreed in a separate written agreement. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, including rights about the conformity of digital content and services.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the affected product in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, the liability rules of your country's mandatory consumer law apply where they give you more protection.
15. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from your applications, from your breach of these Terms or the License, or from personal data you provide to us without a lawful basis. This section does not apply to consumers.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact parrrudev@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Disputes may be brought in the competent courts of Seoul.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts that your consumer law allows. Consumers in Korea may also apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr, 1372) or the E-Commerce Mediation Committee (www.ecmc.or.kr). These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.
17. Changes to these Terms
We publish changes on this page with a new effective date. We announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect, and changes that are unfavorable to you at least 30 days before, by notice on the website and by email to account holders. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
18. General
- If a provision is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, and we will tell you if we do.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- We send notices to your account email address. Send notices to us at parrrudev@gmail.com.
- These Terms are available in Korean and English. If the versions conflict, the Korean version prevails, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
